Cranberries are great for our bladder health and they are packed full of nutrients and vitamins while also having a calming and soothing affect on our bladder and urethra in the case of any inflammation.
This is a fizzy and fruity Christmassy mocktail bursting full of berries and rosemary -and it's absolutely delicious, ladies!
The Trinny
Serves 2-3
Ingredients:For the cranberry syrup:
75 g cranberries, fresh or frozen
50 g caster sugar (can sub low carb sweetener of choice, or even coconut sugar)
80ml water
2 fresh rosemary twigs
To create the mocktail:
30ml fresh orange juice (for an alternative, try lemon juice!)
115ml cranberry Juice
A few more rosemary sprigs, to your preferred decoration
Sparkling water to top up

Method:
First, you'll need to make the cranberry syrup. Add the cranberries, rosemary, sugar and water to a pan and heat gently, stirring frequently until the berries have broken down and the syrup covers the back of a spoon. Strain the seeds and rosemary through a tea sieve and put to one side to cool.
Once the syrup has cooled, grab a large jug. Add 4 tablespoons of the syrup to some ice, and top up with cranberry and orange juice. Add the sparkling water to fill the jug. Pour into tumbler glasses and finish with a sprig of rosemary!
